Why a gym upstairs becomes
a thump downstairs.

Most noise complaints in modern buildings aren't about loud sounds — they're about vibrations that travel through concrete, steel, and timber, then re-radiate as sound somewhere else entirely.

A treadmill on the third floor becomes a rumble in a meeting room on the first. A rooftop chiller becomes a hum in an executive bedroom two storeys down. A passing train becomes a sleepless night in an apartment thirty metres away.

Conventional acoustic treatments — absorption panels, drywall, ceiling tiles — don't solve this. Structure-borne noise has to be isolated at the structural connection itself, using elastomers tuned to a specific natural frequency for the load and frequency range involved. That is what we do.
